1.Quality Warranty System

We are committed to providing a quality assurance that exceeds industry standards, ensuring you purchase with confidence and use with peace of mind.

Long-Term Warranty (30 Years)

Coverage: Main product structure, aluminum panels, surface coating.

Details: Provides a 30-year warranty for manufacturing defects in the aforementioned materials and permanent quality issues related to the core structure.

Short-Term Warranty (1 Year)

Coverage: Wear-and-tear parts and consumables.

Details: For functional issues arising with the above components under normal use conditions, we provide free repair or replacement.

2.Technical Support Service

We provide free lifetime technical support online to assist you with any issues encountered during product installation and use.

Support Channels: Customer service hotline, email, remote video guidance, and more.

3.Return & Replacement Policy

We are dedicated to protecting your consumer rights and provide clear guidelines for returns and replacements.

Eligible Conditions:

The product has major functional defects or quality issues that cannot be resolved through repair.

Non-Eligible Conditions:

Customized products.

Returns or replacements requested due to subjective customer reasons.

Process & Timeframe:

Please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of receipt to apply, providing relevant evidence (e.g., detailed photos, videos of the issue).

After verifying the situation, we will negotiate a solution with you.

Option 1: Return

If the product has a major defect and you do not want a replacement or repair, we will process a return. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid.

Option 2: Replacement

If the product has a quality issue and you wish to receive a new product, we will provide a free replacement with a new product of the same model and specifications.

Option 3: Repair

If the product issue can be resolved through repair and you agree to this solution, we will provide free on-site or remotely-guided repair service to restore the product to normal function. This is the most common and efficient resolution.

Option 4: Monetary Compensation

If the issue is minor, only affecting partial functionality or appearance, and you are willing to keep the product, we can negotiate partial monetary compensation (in the form of a compensation payment or voucher, etc.) based on the actual value loss, as compensation for your experience.

4.Repair Service Commitment

We will provide reliable repair service support regardless of whether the product is under warranty.

Within Warranty Period:

Issues verified as quality problems will receive free repair or part replacement.

Issues caused by human damage, improper operation, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) will be eligible for paid repair services.

Outside Warranty Period:

We still provide paid repair services, charging only at-cost prices for materials and labor.

We also support customers who purchase their own parts by providing remote technical guidance to assist with self-repair.

5.Special Upgrade Service: Trade-In Program

To encourage green consumption, we offer a trade-in service for upgrading older products.

Participation Requirements: You must provide the original proof of purchase. The old cabin must have its main structure intact, without severe deformation or irreparable corrosion.

Discount Scheme: After assessment, your old product can be credited for up to 50% of the value of a new order (The specific ratio is determined based on the model, age, and condition of the old cabin).

Process:

Submit Application: Provide basic information and current photos/videos of the old cabin.

Assessment & Quote: Our technical team will assess the value of the old cabin and provide a trade-in quote.

Confirm Discount: After both parties confirm the trade-in value, it can be applied towards the purchase of a specified new generation product.

Important Note:

The trade-in credit is only applicable towards the purchase of specified new products and is not redeemable for cash.

6.Important Notes

All after-sales service requests require you to provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., contract number, order number) to facilitate quick verification and processing.
